Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

A luxury Shepherds Hut set in the heart of Devon is easily accessible to Dartmoor and Bude beach. A cosy log burning stove inside, secure garden, your own field which is totally off grid, gives you the space and quiet to relax. Living area -a TV sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed. You are welcome to have a firepit and BBQ's in the fields. Our Blacknose Valais sheep are nearby to keep you company. Sit watch amazing display of stars, no light pollution. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Only a short drive to Dartmoor and the surfing beaches of Cornwall and North Devon and the stunning SW Coast Path. This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Farm Stay Shepherds Hut, In Beautiful Oak Orchard

Based on a traditional 500 acre farm, Rookery Retreat is a unique shepherds hut nestled in a your own acre of oak woodland, a secret thousand year old time capsule. The hut was created by leaders of luxury living design. The smeg hob, wood burning stove, walk in rain shower, double bed with memory foam mattress and two person stone resin bath are what bring homely indulgence to an area of outstanding natural beauty.
