Welcome to this beautiful house in Nerja. Located in the popular area of Capistrano Village. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

This beautiful and modern Penthouse apartment is located in ‘Calle Las Huertas' just 2 minutes walk to the old quarter and the famous Calle Real with all amenities in easy walking distance. The property has been decorated to a very high standard and offers a great open plan layout with many windows that flood the spaces with light. The apartment also offers a wonderful and very spacious terrace, an out door shower and a large comunal pool! The Space Upon entering the apartment you will find a bright corridor that leads to the different spaces. Next to the entrance you will find a good size bedroom room with two single beds and build in wardrobes. The second bedroom offers a UK king size bed, built in wardrobes and amazing views to the sea and the surrounding county side. Just after the bedrooms you will find a modern bathroom with a great walk in shower. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room is located at the end of the corridor with three lovely balcony doors that flood the room with light and give easy access to the outside dinning area. Through this space you will find the fantastic and very spacious terrace facing south where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea, the countryside and the roofs of Frigiliana. The Terrace offers great dinning space, chill out area, sun beds, BBQ area and an out door shower. There is new and modern air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The apartment complex offers a beautiful pool area with plenty of space to enjoy the sunny days here in Frigiliana. Please note that the communal swimming pool is open from the 1st of April to the 30th of October! All cleaning products used in this Apartment are Ecological and we try to take care of the environment as well as possible :)

Leiligheten er velutstyrt, og har store uteområder på begge sider, privat basseng, frodig beplantning, solsenger, sittegrupper og spiseplass. Det tar 7-8 minutter å gå ned bakken til Burriana Beach, og ca 20 minutter å gå til Nerja sentrum. Det er restauranter, butikker og bussholdeplass i gangavstand. Gratis wifi og aircondition i alle rom.

La casa esta situada en un bonito valle,es totalmente independiente y consta de privacidad. La finca tiene árboles frutales que cada uno en su temporada son una delicia. En los exteriores hay aparcamiento, varias terrazas una de ellas con barbacoa además tiene una piscina para relajarse. El interior tiene 2 dormitorios dobles y uno individual, 2 baños uno con ducha y otro con bañera demas del salón y cocina equipada con lo necesario para hacer deliciosos platos. Es una zona muy tranquila.l
