We will never cancel your reservation. The outdoor space is an oasis. You will feel like you are camping with the forest as your view in the back yard. Great space to have your nightly fire with friends and family. Lots of outdoor lighting, hot tub, bbq and tons of seating in this 7500 sq ft yard. There is parking for 4 cars. Welcome to sheer relaxation at Sunset Pines Cottage! An unparalleled view, wraparound porch and an interior full of antiquities make this cottage truly unique. Only 90 minutes from downtown Vancouver, the cottage sleeps 6 and offers additional amenities such as a bbq and a sauna. We now have a brand new air conditioning system - installed in March 2023! We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We just added a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent.

As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.

Adorable 2 bedroom basement suite.

Great 2 bedroom basement, 1 bathroom suite, with kitchen. 1 bedroom has queen size bed, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room couch pulls out into queen size bed. Nice neighborhood, and close to a full fitness center, public transit, UFV, and other convenient amenities. Close to Vedder River for fishing or walking the trail. Owners live upstairs. We are not partiers but have kids and animals. could be a little loud with footsteps at times.

Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.
