Also it has very good access to metropolitan Tokyo. It takes only a few minutes walk to local stations named Fuda and Chofu. from those stations, Shinjyuku and Shibuya are only about 20minutes ahead . Also you can enjoy walking to the downtown of Chofu where has many places to eat and shop.

This house was built more than 100 years ago (survived WW2 and some great earthquakes), and was renovated recently. It is located just 1min away from Hiroo subway station (Hibiya-line). Hiroo is one of most popular residential neighborhood in Tokyo. There are many restaurants and shops in Hiroo and it is very easy to access to Ebisu, Roppongi (3min by subway), Shibuya and Omote-sando (within 3km).
