Μπροστά του η παραλία της Τζαμαρίας.Είναι 48 τ.μ. και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα καθιστικό 25 τ.μ. με καναπέ κρεβάτι, τραπεζαρία, χώρο εργασίας, δωρεάν wifi και TV, κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις συσκευές,μπάνιο με πλυντήριο ρούχων, εξωτερικό χώρο 50 τ.μ. με τραπεζαρία και ξαπλώστρες.
