Terletak dengan indah di lokasi semi pedesaan, dengan akses mudah ke New Forest dan pantai setempat. Lymington dan Milford di laut hanya 3 mil jauhnya. New Milton dan Barton - on - Sea hanya beberapa mil jauhnya. Lampirannya memiliki tempat tidur berukuran 6 kaki yang super king. Ini juga dapat dikonfigurasi sebagai dua single 3 kaki. Kami juga bisa menyediakan tempat tidur Z atau tempat tidur Sofa di area lounge untuk orang ketiga.

We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Tempat tidur zip - link berukuran king terletak di bagian belakang ruangan yang cerah dengan jendela besar yang menghadap ke taman belakang. Akses ke mesin cuci kami, yang terletak di rumah utama, tersedia atas permintaan. Tata gerha dilakukan setiap minggu, biasanya pada hari Minggu, saat masa inap Anda 7 hari atau lebih.

Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers, watersport lovers & those looking for a quiet retreat in walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops & pubs.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.
