This 10x12 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to town in Lo de Marcos. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Outdoor shower for “after the beach” rinsing. There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

You can enjoy the tranquility of the jungle and the singing of the birds while you relax in the comfortableness of the casita.
