Cozy and comfortable country house, hidden at the sight, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside of the National Park of Cilento, 15-20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea (blue flag). An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

In Villam is a newly built apartment where each area is extremely stylish and modern. You can also take advantage of an outdoor area for pet and a baby cot is available on request. Potrete usufruire di un'area esterna dedicata agli animali domestici e su richiesta vi sarà fornita anche una culla per neonati.inoltre sarà possibile organizzare gite in barca per Capri e la costiera Amalfitana

La casa si trova nella zona alta di Minori, si raggiunge salendo una scalinata di 180 gradini che partono dalla strada, vicino al parcheggio a pagamento (€ 15,00 al giorno). Si prosegue all'interno dell' azienda agricola. Il percorso potrebbe essere un po’ arduo, ma la vista è strepitosa La casa ha un giardino esterno ed un solarium privato con doccia, tavolo e sedie non è in condivisione. Garantita la massima privacy. Tassa di soggiorno €.2,00 al giorno, escluso i ragazzi fino a 14 anni.

L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.
