Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment is situated in a quiet, attractive residential area of Split. It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

House was designed in 70s by famous architect from Split Frane Gotovac so it has unique design compared to other houses in Slatine. In 2019 after renovation it is available to couples or friends who want to escape and have a vacation just for two.
