Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

The Mill House - feel at home while you're away

The Mill House enforces a STRICT NO SMOKING/VAPING POLICY ANYWHERE/EVERYWHERE !! This VERY PETITE GUEST HOUSE is fully detached from the main house. Studio layout-queen bed, bathroom, dining table/chairs. Kitchenette-microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. Come enjoy our beautiful private resort nestled next to our vineyard with breathtaking views of the sunset, sipping a glass of wine while taking a soak in the hot tub, or going full on Norwegian in the outdoor cedar sauna and plunge into the pool. If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place. A stunning Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood near Tower Mountain. The Suite is located in the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub. A gated community provides extra security and a private entrance with stairs that lead to the beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if we are home.

This quiet couple’s getaway is located just steps away from the St. Joe River. The waterfront one bedroom suite is fully furnished, has covered deck, landscaped property with dock. Located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries. Explore the river by kayak, take a swim, or relax on the deck enjoying this little slice of heaven. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. No pets or service animals allowed.

Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
