Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

Welcome to The Farmhouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom first floor apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Come rest up in our private, cozy, and eclectic 3rd floor apartment. Our 1908 Colonial style home is located on Union St in Schenectady. I live on the first floor apartment so I am on site to help with anything. The bedroom has full sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized futon in the living room. One parking spot for guests.
