Anda akan dikelilingi hutan rimbun seluas 15 hektar dan taman subur yang indah di rumah pribadi yang berlokasi di pusat kota ini. Kami hanya berjarak 15 menit dari pantai Danau Michigan, beberapa kilang anggur, dan perkemahan Ely Lake. Anda hanya akan berjarak 20 menit dari South Haven dan Saugatuck / Douglas dan 30 menit dari Belanda. Semoga hari Anda menyenangkan di pantai, ambil anggur di kota, lalu kembalilah dan duduk di sekitar api unggun untuk menikmati langit yang diterangi bintang!

Dermaga pribadi dan frontage danau berada di seberang jalan dari halaman depan, di teluk yang tenang. Usia minimum untuk menyewakan properti adalah 27 tahun. Parkir terbatas untuk tiga kendaraan tandem di jalan masuk dan carport. Dalam waktu sepuluh menit berkendara dari rumah terdapat beberapa kilang anggur, kebun buah - buahan, dan kota Fennville, Douglas, dan Saugatuck yang menawan.
