Located on an Oak trees shady lot good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), hunters and fishermen. Bike, ATV, UTV, horse trails at Choctaw Trails, 5 miles away.

Located 35 minutes from Oxford and 20 minutes from Enid or Grenada Lakes. Our 130 year old farmhouse is cozy and quaint. It will sleep 7 people . There are 2 bedrooms with antique full sized beds. The master bedroom has its own half bath. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa and a twin pull out loveseat. Everything has recently been remodeled. Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.
