Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

Littlebarn has a generous living area with well stocked kitchen, lounge and bathroom, all on the ground floor. A double sofabed will easily sleep 2. This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

Perfect for dog lovers, with great walks from the house and in the grounds.

The Annexe. Beautiful Location. Nr Bath

Located 6 Miles from the historical city of Bath the Annexe is full of character both inside and out. Once you have finished your morning coffee sat in the private garden with a variety of wildlife including pheasants, finches, Owls, squirrels and the occasional wondering Deer, why not hit the public footpath situated 200 metres from the property to hone your bird watching or foraging skills. If relaxation is your preference we have a variety of books and games for you to enjoy.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Great footpaths to explore the countryside, you need a car to make the most of your stay. Maximum of two guests Check in from 4pm

Brookside Cottage

Newly renovated 4 bedroom house, one en-suite shower & a large family bathroom upstairs, study room with single bedroom downstairs. South facing private patio. Log burner, underfloor heating downstairs and in the bathrooms, 5 minutes from Babington House and the Talbot Inn in Mells. Frome only 6 miles away. Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant close by & Bath 20 mins drive. Please note we do have facilities for babies.

The Seed House, Shepton Montague

Situated in a delightfully rural village on a working farm, the Seed House has been tastefully converted with oak beams and brick and stone features. Easy access to many famous attractions, such as Stourhead (NT) and The Newt in Somerset. Excellent pub in village. On site there are 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes (Higher Farm Fishery) available - free fishing for one guest during their stay. Well behaved dogs welcome. Off road parking.
