Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. The space also includes a bunk room with a twin bunk, a luxurious bathroom, and a microwave and mini fridge. Relax and enjoy the views while staying at a centralized location in Loveland. Only 2 miles from I-25 and 1 mile from highway 34!

Two friendly dogs and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.

Great location! Keep it simple in our clean and centrally located space. Awesome spot for couples or singles to adventure in Fort Collins. This property is attached to another space used as an Airbnb. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am. The space does not share any walls but a door off the kitchen area, which has a partition and remains locked. You will not have any interactions with other guests, but possibly in the parking lot.
