Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. This cottage nestled in the (practically black fly free) woods will delight your family and friends. Swimming, kayaking, SUP-ing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

Lakefront Crescent Moon Cabin on Little Wolf Pond

Come enjoy Tupper Lake and the Adirondacks in this year-round lakefront 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin on Little Wolf Pond. Situated right on the waters edge, the views will wash away all your stress. Steps down to the lake for swimming access. Or take out the canoe, 2 kayaks or 2 paddle boards and explore the grassy inlet to the pond, Little Wolf Beach, and the mountains poking up between the trees. July/Aug reservations are Saturday to Saturday only

Beth's Place- celebrating 12 years in business in 2026 - is a luxurious, self-contained apartment with a separate entrance for maximum privacy. It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with free kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub – exclusively for our guests' use!

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
