It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Only 8 miles from the city of Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

A slim spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a king-size bedroom overlooks the living space.

Guest annex in a quiet village close to Cambridge

Detached guest flat located in a quiet village 7 miles or 11 Km - 20 mins by car - from Cambridge city centre. Best suited for two adults on the comfortable double bed and up to two children on the bunk beds. It has an en-suite shower room as well as a mini fridge. We do not serve breakfast but coffee and tea and a few more essentials such as milk, bread, butter, jams orange juice and cereals are provided on arrival. The village is surrounded by open countryside.

Delightful Victorian cottage in Coton

Stay in a peaceful village close to Cambridge and the west Cambridge university campus, with excellent road connections to Ely, Huntingdon and London. The cottage has a gorgeous garden and off-road parking for two cars. Coton has an excellent gastropub and shops nearby, with a large grocery at Coton Orchard, and a Sainsbury's and coffee shop at Eddington. There are two playgrounds in the village, and some lovely walks in Coton Countryside Reserve.
