È un ampio monolocale, terrazza con vista, accesso al mare privato e box auto. Vi sveglierete guardando il mare, farete colazione guardando il mare, prenderete il sole e vi addormenterete guardando il mare. E ogni sera vi godrete il tramonto, che da questa terrazza è unico.
