Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence. Welcome to our exclusive apartment located in the heart of Chamberí, where the essence of minimalist luxury awaits you! Features enjoyed by my guests: -Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees you maximum privacy , comfort and independence. With meticulous design and a clear commitment to minimalist elegance, this apartment will captivate you. Every detail has been carefully selected to offer you a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the vibrant city of Madrid. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living room, a bar with high stools and a nice glass window bathes the space with warm natural light. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: -During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The bathroom has double access from the bedroom and the living room, allowing its independent use. In the bedroom, dreamy nights await you thanks to the comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and the careful design will transport you to the experience of a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. The lighting, a key factor in the design, has been meticulously designed to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring that you can create different lighting moods in each space. The location is simply unbeatable, we attach a floor plan in our photos. Nestled in the coveted district of Chamberí, you will be just a few minutes walk from the metro stations of San Bernardo or Quevedo, and a short walk from emblematic places like Gran Vía, musicals, theaters, shopping and the best restaurants await you. If you are travelling with a baby and you need a cot as well as a highchair for your stay, you can request it in advance.

This bright spacious and well appointed apartment is newly renovated in 2023 and located in one of the hippest areas in Madrid. It's spacious floor plan, full kitchen & full amenities make it a home away from home. There is no better place to explore the city! This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. Central AC / Heating, Sound Insulated Windows (facing Pedestrian street), High Speed Wifi 300Mbps, Smart Flat Screen TVs (55” inch, 32”inch, 43”inch) to use your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Full Kitchen, oven, Washer / Dryer Combination Unit, Clothes line, iron, ironing board, Powerful Hair Dryer, Plenty of Hangers, Fresh Linens, 1 towel set per registered guest (bath towel, hand towel), Rituals shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, High chair, bottle warmer(advance request), baby monitor (advance request), baby travel cot (advance request), safety deposit box, Early Check-in (2h before), Late Night Check-in, Late check out subject to availability, fees. 1st floor with Elevator, door code for apartment door. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
