A short walk from the Fairgrounds and UMN's St. Paul campus, you have easy access by transit or highway to all of the Twin Cities. Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

Beautiful mature oaks and green space out the front door with plenty of room to roam or hang out in a hammock and enjoy the day. This apartment has a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of on-street parking available with bike lanes and public transit nearby. Como Park is centrally located in St Paul.

Minutes from Como Park, the State Fair Grounds and Hamline University. 5 min from the U of M St Paul campus and 10 min from the U of M Mpls campus. 15 min from either downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul. 15 min from US Bank Stadium or Huntington Bank Stadium. 10 min from Allianz Field. 25 min from the airport and the Mall of America. Very quiet and safe neighborhood!!

Its close to everything, walking distance to tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, bus stops and colleges...making it easy to plan your visit. It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday. Extremely quiet at night and on weekends.
