Just a two minute walk to Exuma's famous Three Sister Rock beautiful white sand and crystal blue beach. This one bedroom unit is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. There are two options on getting here to Black Point Exuma Via Titanair or Flamingo Air. Both airlines has flights into Black Point twice daily.

The home consists of 2 units 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs, both consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets listening to the waves from the balcony located on a private sandy beach which is several miles long. We are 5 minutes away from the airport. This unit is located upstairs.
