There is a fire pitt and charcoal grill as well as full size kitchen appliances. Owner lives on the property, but no shared facilities. This house has star link internet but not guaranteed.

Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Recently given a complete overhaul and renovation, this compact, cozy efficiency apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including wifi, central air, smart TV, queen sized bed with Nectar mattress, plenty of parking, and a large deck area to enjoy the outdoors. There is plenty of off-street parking - enough for multiple vehicles, a boat, or trailer.

Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.
