Terletak di samping semak - semak yang beregenerasi, tempat ini menawarkan pemandangan ke Mercury Bay Winery, Purangi Estuary & seterusnya ke Mercury Bay sendiri. Sepenuhnya mandiri, The Lookout dilapisi dengan kayu alami yang hangat dan memiliki satu tempat tidur berukuran queen yang nyaman. Tempat ini juga memiliki area dek pribadi yang cocok untuk kopi pagi, BBQ, mengamati bintang, dan mengamati burung.

Dek luar ruangan pribadi yang tertutup dengan kursi santai dan bbq untuk Anda menikmati malam Coromandel yang indah. Kulkas bar dan microwave untuk digunakan. (Teh, kopi, dan susu disediakan.) AC dipasang untuk kenyamanan. TV dengan Netflix dan Freeview.

Cooks Beach is made famous because Captain James Cook sailed on the HMS Endeavour into Mercury Bay in 1769 and anchored at Cooks Beach off Purangi.

The property features 3 rooms with beach views, a very large open living area and expansive deck perfect for a BBQ. The house is naturally sheltered from the predominant westerly wind meaning you can make the most of the outdoor space. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the stream provides safe swimming areas for children.

A Gem at Cooks Beach - Purangi Pearl

Located at the Purangi river end of beautiful Cooks Beach our refurbished unit is ideally located for rest and relaxation. Or if you prefer a more active break we provide a double kayak, (including life jackets) and paddle boards, and can suggest beautiful areas for walking. The property backs onto a reserve with space for parking so please enquire if you would like to bring your boat. Safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding are within view and only a 2 minute walk away.

Coromandel Sanctuary

Situated on the crest of the Coromandel ranges on the 309 road. Mahakirau Forest Estate comprises almost 600 ha of native forest. Each site is convenated by QEII National Trust who describe Mahakirau "outstanding for it's ecology and wildlife value with brown kiwi, kaka, Hochsetetter's and Archey's frogs all present". A spacious house in a bush setting, sit back and relax, take a bush walk down to the stream on the property and star gaze at night.

Flaxhaven Lodge

We are situated in a peaceful garden setting down a private drive. We are close to the ferry to Whitianga where there are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the Lost Spring. You can walk across the road to Lonely Bay and Shakespeare Cliff. Or you can do a 15 minute drive to Cathedral Cove and the famous Hot Water Beach. Local restaurant within walking distance (Eggsentric) or you can go into Cooks Beach where we have The Vessel or Go Vinos.
