The property is an estate formerly owned by renowned artist Reginald Marsh located within a 10 minute walking distance to the center of the historic town of Woodstock, NY. The 2500sft house is the former Museum House that used to hold Mabel Marsh’s art collection that was later acquired by the Smithsonian Institute. Our cozy cabin is right on Route 212 in Mount Tremper, between Woodstock and Phoenicia, in close proximity to everything the sublime Catskills have to offer like hiking, skiing, swimming, and fishing. We are 20 minutes to Belleayre, 25 to Hunter, and 40 to Windham Mountains for the best of Catskills skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing. The Pines restaurant is a short 5 minute walk from the cabin and home to local eclectic cuisine.

Built in 1973, the expansive log structure is filled with a mix of 70's era furniture and timeless cabin touches.

The property is fantastic in all seasons and close to amazing Catskill skiing, hikes, waterfalls, swimming holes, and the Hudson River, as well as the towns of Phoenicia, Saugerties, Kingston, Catskill, Hudson, Rhinebeck, and Tivoli.
