You can enjoy the stellar views of Haro Strait and San Juan Island, as well as a chance to do some whale watching on your private patio. Our private suite is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. With our close proximity to the University of Victoria, Mount Douglas, dozens of beaches, and downtown Victoria, you are bound to find something to see and do every day of your visit.

Lovely walk in walk out with private entrance, 500sqf one bedroom guest suite with 9 foot ceilings is bright and airy. This self contained one bedroom suite offers privacy and easy access. If you like cooking your own meals we have a mature herbs on the pathway to the suite that you are welcome to pick from for your meals. We provide coffee/tea/sugar/milk/yogurt/fresh fruit/museli/granola to ensure you have what you need for breakfast the day of arrival. We have a two night minimum stay.

Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

You will find all the amenities for your stay including fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer dryer, parking, cable, internet, and a private covered patio and yard. Very close proximity to the ocean, Butchart Gardens, hiking, beaches and lakes. Only 25 minutes to downtown.

Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. Our location is in a beautiful quiet part of Victoria called Cordova Bay. We’re walking distance to the ocean and beach, and also to grocery, restaurants, walking trials, parks and golf courses! We’re about a 20min drive from the ferries, 15min from the airport, and about 15min right into downtown Victoria.

Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! 10min stroll gets you to gorgeous Elk Lake Park, 5min walk to Commonwealth leisure Center and 7min drive to Cordova beach.
