Our brand new 2-bed bungalow is an ideal retreat for anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful Cornish Coast. We offer 2 good-sized bedrooms, a main bathroom and open plan kitchen & living/dining area which steps out into a spacious garden with seating area & hot tub. The quaint town of St Ives bustles with shops & restaurants just over a mile away which is served by the charming St Ives branch line.

There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

The comfortable accommodation includes a bedroom with a SUPER KING size double bed and en suite bathroom with walk in rain shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove, wi-fi and TV.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
