This is a true {mid-century modern} historic and classic cottage. It was built in 1956 by Frank Stick. Frank was a local artist and developer and started the “flat-top” movement in Southern Shores. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.
