La casa ha una cucina super accessoriata con lavastoviglie, una piccola sala da pranzo, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, un balcone con tavolino per poter cenare o pranzare all'aperto con una vista mare mozzafiato + barbecue a portata di mano. La sala da pranzo ed una camera da letto sono climatizzate. La spiaggia di Masua e Portu Cauli distano ca. 5min.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The lovely beachfront apartment Casa Nicole is located in Perd'e Sali in southern Sardinia and boasts a fantastic view of the sea. The 50 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Composed of two bedrooms with queen-size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room area with a double sofa bed. It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.
