The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

Piscina de 8x4 metros y terraza. Puedes acceder a pie a Cala Advocat y Cala Baladrar, dejando tu coche en nuestro parking. Si no tienes coche hay transporte público que pasa frente a la Villa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
