For your comfort there are Air-Conditioning units in the bedroom with 'King Size' bed and lounge for cooling in the summer and heating for the winter evenings.

The house features two air conditioners—one in the living room and another in the master bedroom. The remaining bedrooms are equipped with fans and electric heaters for the winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a water heater, microwave, and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
