Está a sólo 20 metros de la playa y a diez minutos a pie del parque natural de la Breña. Está situado en el Bajo de un pequeño grupo de apartamentos de tres plantas. Consta de salón, cocina americana, dos habitaciones y una terraza con vistas al mar. Siendo este un lugar donde los continentes se enfrentan, al otro lado del mar pueden verse claramente Marruecos y las luces de Tánger.

Die Wohnung ist 85m2 groß und sehr ruhig gelegen, vom großen Balkon schaut ihr über die Pools und den Garten, vom kleinen Balkon blickt ihr über die Marismas bis Cádiz.
