La Villa è molto confortevole su due piani, il piano di sopra con le stanze da letto tutte dotate di climatizzatore e pompe di calore e il piano di sotto con due soggiorni uno di rappresentanza ed uno più riservato indicato per la lettura. Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.
