Built in 1857, this unique space is the former goods shed to a converted railway station, our family home. Separate from the main house with your own private entrance, balcony, plenty of parking, it is double glazed, central heated and self-contained. Set in 9 acres, it offers tranquillity and calm. 5 minutes by car is the beautiful, historic, heritage town of Lismore with its magnificent castle gardens. Walking, water sports, distilleries, and the stunning coast are all within easy access.

The Greenway Stay guest outhouse guarantees a comfortable and spacious yet cozy stay in a prime location - right on the Dungarvan stretch of the Waterford Greenway. We are less than 1km from Dungarvan Town centre, just 500metres to the closest beach and if hiking is on the agenda, it is only a 10minute drive to hiking trails of the Comeragh mountains. Big Pop's House

A beautiful country style "Annex" situated in the peaceful country side surrounded by the Comeragh mountains and 10 minutes from the seaside. Running alongside this home is the Waterford Greenway which everyone can enjoy the views Waterford has to offer. This home is also fully amenable to wheelchair users or individual's with additions needs, or a family. There is 2 bedrooms one double 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 wet room, gardens, and outdoor seating. There is private parking on site.

We are 35 minutes from Kilkenny's Medieval City, 1 hour from Rosslare Harbour, 1.5 hours from from Cork, 1.5 hours from Dublin. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.

Just 10min by car from Waterford city, 25min from Kilkenny city, 20min to New Ross and 30min to Tramore. Come back after a day exploring to sit outside by the fire pit, have a nice hot bath or just enjoy the upstairs view of the Comeragh Mountains.
