Enjoy your breakfast (or a glass of wine) on the balcony in the summer. Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

Swim, discover year-round walking trails and sand dunes. Park pass included. Visit local wineries, restaurants and craft breweries along with quaint, boutique shops. From Oct to May, plan to soak in the hot tub or sip a drink on the patio around a propane fireplace. Blankets, robes, slippers provided. Closed June to Sept. Parking for two cars.

Located just down the street from the Sandbanks Provincial Park, you're minutes away from their 3 famous white sand beaches. You may also choose to stay in and enjoy East Lake from our private dock. Boats are welcome, there is a boat launch into East Lake just down the street. Weekly rentals only in July, Saturday to Saturday!

Licence No. ST-2019-0357 Welcome to our guest loft at "thecountycricket". I am so sorry but our space is not suitable for infants or children. Our property is 34 acres with 6 acres fenced. We are 10 minutes from Picton Main Street. The loft is 1,200 square foot open concept space with a full coffee station and a cooks kitchen. We live in a quiet street in the country close to town and vineyards, breweries and cider houses.
