Close to hiking, bike trails, wineries, rivers, & other outdoor activities. A renovated 1940's cottage w/ 3 bds across the street from a lovely park. Brand new appliances, fenced yard, wi-fi, and walking distance to restaurants. 10 miles south of Eugene with easy freeway access. This is small town living w/the bonus of being away from cities and yet very convenient.

Charming 250 sq. ft. South Eugene bungalow guest loft with private exterior entrance (10 steps up), ideal for 1 guest. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

Stay in this beautiful, light-filled private studio in South Eugene minutes from UO and downtown. Perched over a garden and shaded by large oak trees, this studio is comfortable and pleasing. It includes a full bathroom, a small fridge and a windowed lounge space. There is a large wooden countertop with a deep sink. The neighborhood is quiet, filled with trees and within minutes of restaurants, markets and hikes.
