Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonom s kadom i tuš kabinom, wc-om, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom s blagovaonom te terasom od 11m2. Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. U sklopu smještaja dolazi veliki TV s Playstation-om 4, četiri klima uređaja, perilicom posuđa, perilicom rublja, indukcijskom pločom, pećnicom te frižiderom side-by-side, parkingom te grill-om u sklopu dvorišta.

Nova 2025. vila s 5 zvijezdica u Crikvenici savršen je izbor za opuštajući odmor s obitelji ili prijateljima. Uživajte u velikom bazenu površine 40 m² s integriranom masažom, okruženom ležaljkama i prostranom terasom opremljenom roštiljem i vrtnim namještajem s pogledom na more i prirodu. Vila je klimatizirana u cijelosti, svih 5 spavaćih soba te dnevni boravak imaju vlastiti klima uređaj (ukupno 6). Gostima su na raspolaganju i stanice za punjenje električnih vozila.

Apartment Ana - Crikvenica/Selce, 50m from the sea

Apartment is brand new and it's located 50 m from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. It has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen + living room and terrace with sea view. It's fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building and it's free of charge. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor swimming pool (both meals and pool for reasonable price).

The Azure apartment is a spacious 80m2 accommodation in Crikvenica, just a 5-minute walk from beautiful beaches and shops. Pet-friendly Monty's Beach is 7 minutes away. Ground floor, sea-view terrace with a barbecue. Newly furnished with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, and air conditioning. Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and private bathrooms. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
