Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport and only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids living their best life as we live next door

It has bed,dining,lounge with separate bathroom. Tea,coffee facilities an BBQ on request. Views under the apple tree out to hazelnut orchard. Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,general store, takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 2 sociable terriers.

Just a short easy 15 min drive to Wanaka , 35 mins to ski fields , 35 mins to Cromwell , 1 hr to Queenstown Surrounded by stunning mountain and rural views . So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , and a lovely friendly cat, Boo . He is orange and 15 years old , loves people and may come and visit you Please note, fencing is sheep fencing only so children will need to be supervised when outside - thanks

Kaituki Ridge Sleepout Experience a peaceful retreat at Kaituki Sleepout, a cozy, stand-alone cabin on our 30-acre working farm with sheep and Highland cattle. Just 30 meters from our family home, it’s a serene escape only 25 minutes from Lake Wanaka and Cromwell. Note: Both the fireplace and outdoor bath are wood-fired. If you’re not comfortable lighting wood fires, this may not be the best fit. We look forward to hosting you!
