What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing glass, and mosquito nets, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Ollastu - mediterranean nature

Dimentica ogni preoccupazione in questa oasi immersa nella più pura natura mediterranea. Dall'ampio patio si può godere della vista del vigneto e della bellissima e tranquilla campagna circostante. Due camere da letto possono ospitare comodamente 4 persone e la cucina fornisce tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Per raggiungere la casa è necessario percorrere 1.5 km di strada sterrata. La strada è agibile, ma inevitabilmente ci sono delle irregolarità sul piano stradale. !NO WI-FI!

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Benvenuti al mare!!! Cussorgia's House si trova all'interno del residence "Cala di Seta" a pochi passi dal mare e da una spiaggia privata. Situata nel caratteristico villaggio dei pescatori, a pochissimi minuti di auto dal centro di Calasetta, potrai trovare il relax e la tranquillità che cerchi per la tua vacanza.

Monolocale sulla spiaggia

Monolocale fronte mare direttamente sulla spiaggia di Is Pruinis, sull'isola di Sant'Antioco. Il punto di forza di questa casa è la vista sul mare e la tranquillità. Non è la spiaggia più bella dell’isola, ma proprio per questo è poco frequentata, e si trova a metà strada tra le spiagge più belle e il paese.
