An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

The Colourful Land Syrma

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Surraunded by archeological hills and belong to the sea.
