This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

For your convenience, there is a washer/ dryer available for no extra cost. WiFi is provided, and there is a Smart TV for you to access your streaming services. You will have access to a spacious outdoor area, including a patio. A single-stall garage goes with the apartment plus an additional parking space in the driveway.

Sleep in a trailer, sleep in a boat! Super chill atmosphere on 3 acres with porch to enjoy. Hotel accommodations like air conditioning, heat, clean sheets, towels and coffee/tea but camping style. This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with soft water. Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on the second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.

This remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath with dine in kitchen has lake access and its own private dock with swimming platform. It is within walking distance to Clarmond Country Club, Lake Cornelia Park and a public beach.

A quiet small town getaway close to the grotto, town pool, shops, parks, and more. This suite includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen & living room. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom. Just a note, we do not have a TV but do offer free WIFI. **There are quite a few stairs going up to the apartment.

Built in 1892 this house ranks in the top 15 eldest homes in Pocahontas. Much of the original character has been kept with modern updates like central air/heat and Wi-Fi.
