With 47 acres to enjoy including hiking trails, scenic grounds to snap a picture, your own hot tub and fire pit. We are also just a short drive to some great attractions such as: Cummins Falls State Park, Standing Stone State Park, and numerous marinas surrounding the beautiful No. 1 Houseboat Lake on the Continent, Dale Hollow.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. We are between the towns of Celina and Livingston, with Cookeville and the bigger town amenities 40 minutes away. Cummins Falls, Cordell Hull State Park and other natural wonders are nearby. But you may decide to just put your feet up in a comfy chair and listen to the birds sing!

It is less than 3 miles from downtown Cookeville including the historic West Side District, Tennessee Tech, and Cookeville Regional Hospital. Large sliding glass doors open to spacious 16' x 30' covered lakeside decks on both floors, offering stunning panoramic views of Dale Hollow Lake from indoors and out. All bookings require copies of driver’s licenses for adult guests, a signed rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit hold. Limited propane provided.
