The Villa is distributed over 3 floors and has an entrance hall, living room with design fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms en-suite + 1 guest toilet. Most of the rooms have large floor to ceiling windows that give access to fantastic terraces with views of the mountain. In designing this villa, we had a sense of relaxation and serenity at heart and have fitted the bedrooms with jacuzzis where our valued guests can fully immerse their body in hot water while the sound of water flowing around you can stimulate an immense sense of mental tranquility and promote the best sleep of your life if you soak shortly before going to bed at night. The outdoor area also has covered porches with 2 separate areas with dining-room and a lovely lounge and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Cozy Villa with Great Outdoor Garden Near the Town

This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

Fully equipped kitchen and living room. 4 large bedrooms. 1st floor bedroom: Accommodates 3 sleeping places, features a private bathroom (shower cabin) and air conditioning. 2nd floor bedrooms: Three separate bedrooms with 2 sleeping places each, every one with its own bathroom and air conditioning. One of these bedrooms has an additional single bed. (up to 10 guests)
