Tiny glamping cabin with mineral spring hot tub

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is close but not attached (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv used with your accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact/need anything.

5 Acre PIne Cabin is a new construction 3 bedroom plus cabin featuring open floor plan and 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen, featuring a custom iron stair case engraved with pines and bears and an open living room with TV, as well as one Full bedroom and full bath are downstairs. The second level consists of 2 more full bedrooms and an open den area with twin trundle beds, TV with Roku. There is also an outdoor open fire pit. We are located just 10 miles to All Star Village Baseball!

Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house benefits from the views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
