Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

The house is adjacent to and walking distance to Highland Park Fish camp, which offers a boat launch, boat rentals, guide services and all-around fun for the family. The house is on five acres of forest, but has a large parking area that can accommodate boats/trailers. You will love the privacy and beautiful views as you relax on the front porch, watching the deer, wild turkey and black bears.

Farm life at its best! Located right next to our tree farm, bass stocked pond with dock on property, decor is Palm trees, Exotic Zebra farm life. There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

Charming home walkable or bikeable to Historical Downtown DeLand and neighboring playground. Located on a quiet street, this three bedroom home has plenty of living space and a fully-stocked kitchen. Enjoy a walk at Bill Dreggors Park, take the kids to Freedom Playground, play some board games, or have a bonfire in the backyard! We’ve recently added a pack n play style crib for families with small children. Please note that the garage and shed are not for guest use

Small cement patio in back of the house, accessible through sliding glass door. Small kitchen with new appliances, kitchen table with 5 chairs. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink

Something for everyone. Great base camp for St Augustine, Daytona, Space Coast USA, Disney and local state parks. Beach supplies and fishing equipment provided for a day at the beach or fishing on the lake.
