Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

You can relax in front of a large 58" TV with a large selection of Satellite channels. Our ice machine will ensure your drinks will always be cold. There’s direct access to the Newfoundland trail way from our backyard. Great for the ATV/ snowmobiler and nature enthusiasts! And Cobbs pond is only mins away.
