Black George House Country Retreat

We are a small rural property surrounded by farmland and overlooking forest, quiet and serene, but close to both Manjimup and Pemberton. The building is farmhouse style with a 4m wide deck extending the length of the house. It is separated into two sections, with no common areas other than a portion of the front deck, and separate entrances. We live in one section and the other section is for guests. As we live on the property we are available at all times but also value our guest's privacy.

KARRI HOUSE, WIFI and pet friendly

Karri House is fenced for pet safety, with WIFI and close to the town of Manjimup, well known for being the South West's food bowl, avocados, melons, apples, pears, various berry's. We are also world famous for truffles and restaurants in the area make full use of them. Tall Timbers is a brewery in town and a fantastic coffee house in town which roasts coffee beans and has a wide range of it's own products. There are plenty of wineries in the area to visit along with the Southern Forests.

Cherswood Farm is a mixed hobby farm 10km from Manjimup in the Southern Forests region of Western Australia. A rustic rural retreat, the Farmstay is a secluded two storey A-frame building in the middle of the property with views over Cardac State Forest. The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

We invite you to visit our lovely chalets Marri and Jarrah with views to the water and forest. Outside includes table & chairs, BBQ, 2 sun lounges. Comfortable kingsize bed, doona and throws. Large bathroom - luxurious spa bath for two, walk in shower, separate WC & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Bath linen and bed linen supplied. Complimentary tea, coffee, ground coffee for plunger/espresso machine, sugar & starter milk. Heating/cooling, gas log fire & air con.

Lucky Charm Cottage

Lucky Charm Cottage was built in 1972. Situated in a handy location close to the CBD. Home of the famous ‘Pink Lady’ Apple & Australia’s first mainland truffles. This cosy cottage features 3 bedrooms and a beautifully renovated bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, open plan living & dining with wood fire heating and reverse cycle air conditioning. Enjoy the sunset on the front porch with farmland views. Plenty of parking space for caravan and boat or both.
