Cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Minutes from the Sanford airport, close to the Sunrail station and 45 minutes to either Disney World or the beach. Our guest cottage is a perfect place to visit. Entire home located on 1 acre of land in the luxury neighbor hood of Markham Woods. This property is the ideal place to stay for a family vacation, or business trip. Take a swim in our large pool and enjoy the Florida Sun! Please add exact number of your guests, in your booking! Please NO Parties or gatherings! (Family visits are welcome 🤗) Please NO smoking on the property. If any violation occurs, your stay will be terminated immediately, and you will be charged a $1,500 fine!

Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. We created this Oasis with a desire is for our guests to feel calm, comfort and tranquility while being showered with Florida Sun. It would be our privilege to serve you as our guests here. :)

Hanging Moss is a return to natural Florida. Set on natural 5 acres in Seminole Estates, a private community. This 3 BR/2 BA is perfect for hosting up to 6 people and ensures you a tranquil vacation. Entryway has handicap access Your host couple live onsite, in a totally separate, YET attached dwelling. This ensures the quality of your stay should an unforeseen need arise. This is a working farm and we have recently constructed a chicken coop for fresh eggs when available.
