There are 2 units on the second floor and the first floor is soon to be occupied by a bakery/ pizza restaurant. Enjoy the many games provided for all age groups along with some grilling out , corn hole games and enjoy some hot tub time under the stars.

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

our conedo ison sandpiper lake is located close to bsu and shops and restaurants. our condo is on the lake with a patio down and balcony up. set in our hot tub(seasonal) and enjoy the views and peace and quite. the 2 bedroom queen beds will please u. u can park in our 2 car garage. closets and 2 bathrooms. enjoy the fireplace and fast wifi and cable tv.
