Welcome to The Cunningham! Once the neighborhood corner store, this property has gone through an entire renovation in 2024-2025! There are 2 units on the second floor and the first floor is soon to be occupied by a bakery/ pizza restaurant. Located in Muncie's Old West End, this urban neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a mix of owner occupant homes and rentals. Our bright and clean little haven will have everything needed for a short or long stay. Relaxing and comfortable for work, play or recovery. We've provided all the basics so that it can be your home away from home. Our guests visit Ball State, Minnetrista Cultural Center, Downtown shops and eateries, as well as walk or bike to the White River Greenway. Many have participated in Ironman or choose to do an extended stay for work. We are in an urban 4-plex apt. building. Expect to hear noises.

We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.
