This luxury cottage has three bedrooms one of which has an en suite with the other two sharing a spacious bathroom with separate shower and roll top bath. The living space leads on to the raised outside decked area so that the meandering river views can be seen from both inside and out. The Lodge is a place for special events, courses and also a fully equipped games room for those rainy days. Each luxury cottage will be let individually or as a collection, with accommodation for up to 30 guests at any one time.

Our home is a grade 2 listed building with large rooms and gardens. It is a perfect location for sightseeing North Wales, Anglesey, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . We are very close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Perfect for walkers and anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside. Paula and Simon live on the premises, so are on hand for any help and advice if needed. The guest wing has maximum privacy, but is joined to main house, with access to garden,patio & BBQ area.

Detached ensuite holiday cottage set in it's own grounds close to Llangollen, North Wales, featuring offroad parking for 2 vehicles, a large kitchen, a farmhouse style dining table seating up to 8 and a large upstairs lounge with valley views and a balcony. Newly built in 2014, Jasmine Cottage is suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. However it may not be suitable for young children due to regulatory fire escape windows in the upstairs bedrooms. Sorry, no pets allowed thank you.

There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.
