Historisches Reetdachhaus in Strandnähe

Das gemütliche Reetdachhaus Hyggeholm liegt direkt im historischen Ortskern in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Gedesby auf der Insel Falster in Strandnähe mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das design des Anwesens wurde in 2020 komplett modernisiert, eine große Küche, vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder neu gestaltet und individuell eingerichtet. Es wurde ein Billardraum, eine Bibliothek und im Garten ein Saunahaus errichtet. Der Garten beherbergt viele unterschiedliche Pflanzensorten und Obstbäume.

Morning bread near. Smoke outside only! Has a residual cold smoke smell inside - cleaned walls/carpets/curtains/repainted in summer 2024.

115 m2 hus og 15 m2 anvendeligt poolhus. Unik og meget charmerende bjælkehytte beliggende helt ugeneret på egen skovgrund. Der er masser af plads i naturen på den store grund. Huset har egen pool på ca. 8m Ø med et skønt poolhus med spiseplads. Plus vildmarksbad og shelter. Huset ligger ca. 2 km fra den lille by Gjern i det smukke kuperede Søhøjland tæt på Silkeborg og kun 30 min fra Århus. Der er masser af muligheder for aktiv ferie i den smukke natur med vandreruter, mountainbikestier mm.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old seaside cottage in the first row. The garden leads straight down to the beach. The original house is old but well kept. The newly built sunroom, with a direct view of the sea, makes the house enjoyable all year round. The rooms are small and what we call an annex can only be seen as an extra bedroom located 8 meters from the house and cannot be locked from inside. The house is ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. The price includes use of electricity, water, and heating.

A 10 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Gilleleje where we were married. 60 minute to Copenhagen. 38 mins from Helsingør and a ferry to Sweden.

Sheltered, older holiday home. Distance to Ringkøbing Fjord approx. 200 metres. Ideal for nature lovers, windsurfers and active holidaymakers - golf, fishing, canoeing/kayaking and ideal for wonderful (car-free!) cycle tours along the fjord. Just right for holidays with children and to switch off completely. The house is furnished in a cosy, functional vintage style.
